3. Scheduling & Appointment Windows
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge:
Arrival times include a 2-hour window
Delays may occur due to weather, job duration, or traffic
You will receive a call or SMS when the crew is en route
You must provide accurate contact and access information
Failure to provide access may result in a no-show fee.
4. Cancellations & No-Show Policy
Free cancellation: More than 24 hours before appointment
Late cancellation: May incur a fee if within 24 hours
No-show fee: Applied if the crew arrives and customer is not present or property is inaccessible
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to safety issues, extreme weather, or unforeseen conditions.
5. Pricing & Payment Terms
A. Pricing Structure
Pricing is based on:
Volume (truck space used)
Weight (when applicable)
Labor involved
Disposal fees
Specialty handling
You will receive a price before work begins.
B. Accepted Payments

Business checks with approval
Full payment is required upon job completion unless otherwise agreed.
6. Prohibited Items
For safety and regulatory compliance, we cannot remove:
Hazardous waste

Biohazard materials

Certain batteries
Pressurized tanks (unless empty)
